Campus Recruiting

Career Services encourages employers to recruit our students/alumni on campus throughout the year for full-time degreed positions with your company.  Dates/times are flexible and interviews typically last 30 minutes.  In order to conduct campus interviews, positions must offer at least a base salary and be conducted by the actual employer instead of a third-party agency.  We prefer that all campus interviews be scheduled prior to the beginning of each semester so that we are able to market the dates to our students.  To request more information or schedule an interview date, please contact Jennifer Pickerell, Director, at jkpickerell@mckendree.edu or 618.537.6806.

Employers are welcome to reserve space in Ames Dining Hall for an Information Table.  Available hours are Monday through Friday from 11:15 a.m. until 1:00 p.m., and must be requested through Career Services at 618.537.6805/6806.  We prefer that Information Table requests are submitted prior to the beginning of each semester so we are able to market the dates to our students.  Requests will not be granted if positions are located in an individual’s residence or if an hourly wage/salary is not given.  Due to space constraints, employers are limited to two days per semester.
