Health & Counseling Services

Medical care at McKendree University is provided through a wide variety of health and counseling services for students. Health services include: assessment and treatment of common illnesses, injuries, and medical problems; health education and referrals for injuries or medical problems. Full-time students have Accident Only, Second Pay Insurance. A student that has an accident MUST notify health services within 24 hours. All student claims are filed through Health Services. Flu vaccine is offered annually at a nominal fee for students and staff. Confidential admission, medical exam and immunization files are kept in Health Services, and the registered nurse can offer over-the-counter medications.

Health Services is located on the first floor of Clark Hall, Room 114. Student Health Services are closed during the summer.
