The Budget Request Packet must be filled out by registered students organizations seeking funding from the McKendree University Student Government Association. This packet is due at least 24 hours before budget request meetings. Please see our calendar for the dates of budget hearings. Please email sga@mckendree.edu or our treasurer Nishant Timilsina directly for scheduling a hearing.

Senate Petitions
The Senator Petition must be filled out by students seeking to run for a Senate position. Currently, all senate seats are full, however any interested students are invited to attend a meeting or to email any SGA member about other ways they may become more involved!

SGA Proposals
The Proposal Template is meant to assist students in presenting information for consideration by the Student Government Association. It is not mandatory that students use this form; however, it is highly recommended that students use a similar model. This form is due at least 24 hours before general meetings.
